1. What is matrixviral.com ?
matrixviral.com is a simple 5x3 matrix which is simply a 3 level payment system. The person at the top gets paid in each level complete.

2. Can anybody join in any country?
Yes be 18 or older in any country. Open 24/7 worldwide service.
Do you accept Credit and Debit Cards and payment processors you use?
Yes, we accept only via Alert Pay Systems merchant payments.

3. Which payment processors do you use?

4. When will commissions be paid?
We will payout every Monday,after your request, but we do our best to pay you ASAP

5. Do you have a referral program?

6. Can I refer family members?
Yes of course, anyone can join this program as long as they use different Username, Email, and AlertPay ID details.

7. How often do you make payments?
Payments are made every 7 days starting on Monday.

8. How long will your program last?
Since we don't promise to pay you 200% a day, this site won't disappear overnight like 95% of other sites.

9. Do you give refunds?
No refunds shall be given at any time whether you cancel your account or not. If you choose to cancel the money will go into the surplus funds and you will lose it. Or you may simply remain a member and keep cycling as long as you can.

10. Can I lose money?
Yes you can, if something drastic happens and no one joins or recycles any more. This is highly unlikely though and our lines are specially calculated to prevent this. Nevertheless, there is a saying that everything is possible, so please do not invest more than you can handle loosing. We do not offer refunds. Also try to find your own reinvestment and withdraw strategy, eventually allowing you to work with you profits and keep your principal.

11. Fraud and cheating
We have several measures in place for detecting cheating. Anyone found trying to cheat the system will have their account closed and be reported to AlertPay and other authorities.
